This wine, the color is vibrant ruby red with a pleasant bouquet and an elegant herbaceous vein that blends in well to the often bitter aftertaste.
Bear a reasonable age, up to four years.
Serve at room temperature (18 °) and possibly open a few hours before consummation.
It goes well with white meats, cheeses and rich pasta dishes.
