Step by step, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta — kneading, rolling it to the perfect thinness, and shaping the tortellini as tradition requires.
You’ll also be guided through the creation of fresh ricotta, exploring the delicate balance and texture, until you obtain a lemon-scented filling that blends softness and flavor in perfect harmony.
At the end of the class, you’ll sit down to taste the tortellini you’ve prepared, paired with a fine glass of wine chosen to enhance its aromas.
