Cancellation Policy

Min Stay 4 night

In case of cancellation of the stay, the following charges will be made:

*  up to 40 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee

*  39-20 days prior to arrival: the deposit (1 day)will be retained

*  19-10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the entire stay

*  9-4 days prior to arrival: 80% of the entire stay

*  3-0 days prior to arrival or no-show or departure in advance, the entire stay will be charged.: 100% of the entire stay.

The price includes buffet breakfast, but also mineral water, fresh fruit and homemade cake throughout the day is complimentary. You can also enjoy free use of our City Bike, WiFi, parking with charging station “Charging destination Tesla” and every time you enjoy a dinner at our family restaurant “Pizzeria Centrale”, we will offer a glass of a glass of “Prosecco” (traditional Italian sparkling wine).

Also included is the possibility to enjoy a early check-in at the hotel, (from 09:00 in the morning), our breakfast buffet (until 11:00 am)  , and all the amenities of the hotel. The suite will be delivered to you soon as possible, but we do not guarantee room availability before 14 : 00

Non refundable

By choosing this option, the entire stay is purchased at the time of booking.

General conditions

The suites are available from 15 °° and must be vacated by 11 °°, unless previously agreed.

* Dogs, subject to our consent, are normally accepted. They must be kept on a leash and can not access the pool
* Reservations are confirmed following the communication of a credit card or following the payment of a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay

  • Children 04 – 16 years in parent’s room  -50%
  • Additional person  -40%

Check-in e check-out...

We are ready to welcome you at the hotel starting from 09:00 in the morning until 07:00 in the evening. if you think that your arrival may be outside of this time please let us know in advance, so we could organize ourselves. If your Suite will not be available upon your arrival, you can enjoy all our amenities including a boufet breakfast (available until 11:00 in the morning) The suites will still be available by 02:00 in the afternoon and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Early check-ins and late Check-ou are possible and FREE, following the principle of `` room availability`` but these are assessed one day in advance on the Arrival or Departure date.

Smokers

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and public areas throughout the property, but there are wide open spaces, including the terrace of your suite, where you can enjoy a cigarette.

Cats & Dogs

We love all animals, and some of them are our life partners, so we gladly welcome pets. Of course there are some small rules to follow and an extra cost of 25.00 euros per day. Request our dedicated guide.

Is my reservation confirmed?

If you have received the ``official booking confirmation`` with the reservation number, your reservation is confirmed. But if you have any doubt do not hesitate to write to us.

Cancellation and rebooking

The cancellation strictly follows the terms of the ``Cancellation policies`` linked to the type of ``Rate`` that you have chosen, while the modification of the reservation is bound to the availability of rooms in the new requested period, the change must always be requested with 15 days of advance on the date of arrival, otherwise the change will be considered as a cancellation, and evaluated accordingly.
